On June 1, Hollywood will make a visit to the Liberal and Guymon, Okla., areas.
Jeremy Hawa with Light Strike Productions and Roderick Peterson with Bilind Monk Broadcasting have teamed up with Guardian Anti-Bullying Campaign Inc.
They will produce a short film that will captivate audiences and bring professional quality to this anti-bullying program. It will become the No. 1 source used by teachers, parents and children.
This anti-bullying program will be available for the public, worldwide and will be educational for parents as well as teachers to help aid in child development.
After the completion of the website and film for Guardian, a comic book for children along with an activty book will be created. These will be accessible at home or can be adopted by shcools to use as a part of their curriculum to help children learn and understand values and morals we lack in today’s society.
Plans for the filming will begin with a casting call for actors and extras from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at American Karate Studios in Liberal and Guymon.
Once the cast has been established, filming will begin at Prairie Elementary in Guymon. Other locations will be announced at the casting call. Please e-mail
