This 1997 Plymouth minivan collided with another vehicle at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Western Avenue and Pancake Boulevard. The Plymouth, driven by a 26-year-old male, was westbound on Pancake when it was struck by a eastbound 2001 Toyota Sequoya driven by a 37-year-old male. A 22-year-old female passenger in the minivan was transported to Southwest Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Liberal Police Capt.
