Obituary

Cindy S. Booth, 39, died Sunday, May 5, 2013, at her home in Liberal.

She was born June 4, 1973, to Patrick “Pat” and Frances Wright Booth in Liberal.

She was a graduate of Liberal High School, class of 1991.

She was a cook at Liberal Springs and was also the owner of “Momma’s Cookin’” restaurant.

In addition to cooking, she enjoyed camping and crocheting.

She is survived by her mother; two sons, Carlos Salazar-Booth and David Booth, Liberal; three brothers, Laban Booth, Liberal,  David Booth, Sayre, Okla., and Michael Booth of Hawaii; three sisters, Patricia Galbreath, Lebanon, Mo., Carrie Booth, Liberal, and Jennie Bloomfield, Liberal; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by her father and a sister, Juanita Webb.

• Memorial services will be announced at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the Cindy S. Booth Memorial Fund at First National Bank, in care of Miller Mortuary, 908 N. Lincoln Ave., Liberal, KS 67901.
