After a Rockies win Friday and a White Sox win over the Caridnals Monday, the standings continued to remain tight in the Liberal Cal Ripken lead.
For the first time in years, the Rockies have made it to the top of the standings after being the league’s bottom dwellers for years.
The Caridnals shot to the top of the standings for the past week-and-a-half, but the loss to the White Sox put them in a tie a half game back. Five of the league’s six teams are within a game-and-a-half of first.
