David LeRoy “Tiny” Tournade, 61, died at his home.

He was born May 21, 1951, to Albert Galen and Paula (Chaffin) Tournade in Liberal.

He married Laura Smith.

He attended school in Liberal graduating from Liberal High School in 1969. He then went to electrical engineering school in Denver for two years, receiving a degree in welding and fabrication.

He owned Tiny’s Welding in McCook, Neb., working the in oil fields.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his father Albert.  Survivors include his mother Paula and a sister: Susan  Parker both of Liberal, KS
