I noticed the city is back to their old tricks.
They pushed the sewer rate period back in the year so they can catch the early birds turning on their sprinklers for their lawns and gardens.
So if you sewer rate goes up significantly this year, it’s for a good cause. The waste water treatment needs that money to treat all that extra lawn and garden water you are putting in the sewer system.
