Seward County poll worker Linda Martinez assists Scott Hinkle at the Seward County Activity Center earlier this morning while voting in the 2013 election. Voters were choosing three USD 480 school board members and four Liberal City commissioners. Prior to today’s voting there were 477 advanced ballots cast plus additional mail-in ballots.
