Sleet and then snow started blowing into Liberal Saturday evening around 6. Electricity was off for about a half hour in much of north Liberal but was restored fairly quick. Liberal police officers set up at several major intersections due to loss of traffic signals, and numerous businesses were briefly affected. The amount of moisture from the event was not available as of press time. L&T photo/Janie Kitch
