More: KCSL began the Head start program in Liberal in the 1990s. It is due to the continued support that we receive through sponsorship, donations, volunteer service and community advocacy that we are able to open this new facility and expand our Head Start program in Seward County. We want to thank the community for their support and open our doors, so our supporters can see what their work has accomplished.
KCSL celebrates 120 years of service to children and families in 2013. As part of the open house, please join us for birthday cake and refreshments.
