Obituary

ROLLA – James “Jimmy Miller” Mason, 47, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Wichita.

He was born May 3, 1965 to Charles and Shirly Miller in Nobelsville, Ind.

He worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years.

He was a member of Rolla Pensacola Church in Rolla.

He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed visiting with his family.

He is survived by two sons, Stacy Bevan and wife, Emily, Hugoton, and Christopher Mason, Hugoton; one daughter, Jamie Mason and fiance, Niklous McAnarney, Rolla; two brothers, Vernon Smith and companion, Lela Schwindt, and Charles Miller, both of Rolla; one sister, Shawn Schwindt and husband, Josh, Rolla; seven grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

o Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at United Methodist Church in Rolla with Pastor Marcus Light presiding.

Burial will follow at Hugoton Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church in Rolla.

A memorial has been established for the family and can be mailed in care of Paul’s Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
