Sheila Irene Segovia, 50, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at her residence in Turpin, Okla., due to declining health.

She was born Feb. 8, 1963, to Garrison W. and Sandra Louise (Miller) Kitch in Liberal.

She graduated from high school and completed two years of college. She joined the U.S. Navy and earned an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy.

She enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and spending time with her grandson, Exavier.

She is survived by her mother; her stepfather, Edward Becker, Hays; three daughters, Andrea Garrison and Stephanie Jones, Texarkana, Texas, Mariah Lopez, Liberal; two brothers, Kevin Kitch, Newcastle, Wyo., and Robert Becker, Hays; one sister, Wanda Mitchell, Gilham, Ark.; grandson, Exavier Chavez, Liberal; friend, Jeff Grant; and other relatives and friends.
