MOSCOW – Billy Dee Suddeth, 78, died Feb. 21, 2013, at his residence in Moscow.
He was born Sept. 21, 1934, to William Suddeth and Jewel (Monk) Suddeth in Estelline, Texas.
He married Mary Lou (Nelson) Suddeth April 12, 1959, in Lawton, Okla. She died Jan. 11, 2002.
He then married Christine Marie (Stoddard) Munson Suddeth May 4, 2003, in Moscow. She survives.
He was in the Army. He worked for the City Of Hugoton as a electrician for a 37 Years.
He was a member of Moscow Baptist Church.
He was a volunteer fireman for the Moscow Fire Department and was on the Moscow City Council.
Other survivors include three sons, Gary Suddeth, Hugoton, Robert Suddeth, Hugoton, and Allan Suddeth and wife, Shonda, Kechi; one daughter, Donna Rawlings and husband, Rick, Pratt; one stepson, Steve Munson and wife, Anita, Moscow; one stepdaughter, Darla Callantonio, Moscow; one brother, Ceceil Suddeth and wife, Becky, Fort Worth, Texas; one sister, Dreda Ballard and husband, Bill, Edmond, Okla.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Virgil and JC, Bobby; and three sisters, Ruby, Mary and Barbara.
o Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Moscow Baptist Church, with Pastor Larry Bradford presiding.
Burial will be at the Hugoton Cemetery.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today at Paul’s Funeral Home.
