Tony Lee Zimmerman, 53, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, surrounded by family.
He was born on June 26, 1959, to Lorie (Grogan) Zimmerman and Jimmy Lee Zimmerman in Hutchinson.
He married Priscilla Cavanaugh Oct. 17, 1979, in Hugoton. She survives.
He trained dogs professionally for 15 years in addition to his guide work for Pheasant Farms, Inc.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working with animals.
Other survivors include his mother; his children, Tabitha Rincon and husband, Bernabe, Dodge City, Leslie Black and husband, Kyle, Tyler Zimmerman and wife, Jenna, and Amanda Zimmerman, all of Pratt; three sisters, Shelly French, Hugoton, Shawnna Shuck, Liberal, and Jamie Zimmerman-Spurgeon, Borger, Texas; two half-brothers, Micky Zimmerman, Manhattan, and Nicky Zimmerman, Liberal; and four grandchildren, Caleb Osborn, Courtney Osborn, Noah Black and Joseph Black.
o Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the First Southern Baptist Church, Pratt, with Pastor Bob Fleener presiding.
Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt.
Friends may sign the register book until 5 p.m. today at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. The casket will remain closed.
Memorials are suggested to South Wind Hospice or the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of the mortuary.
