Runners await the sound of the starter’s pistol to take to the course in last Saturday’s Pancake Chase at the Pancake Day Hall of Fame. The chase was just one of the events taking place as part of Liberal’s International Pancake Day celebration, which concluded with the International race and parade Tuesday.
