After earning their first 9-weeks grades, these third graders at Washington Elementary School worked hard and brought at least one of their grades up one full letter grade to qualify for recognition in the Kiwanis Club BUGS (Bring Up Grades) prpgram. They received a certificate, bumper sticker and ruler.  The Liberal Early Risers Kiwanis members will return to Washington School on Friday to reward these students further with a pizza lunch.
