ABOVE: Pancake Day Baby Cakes Chairman Jan Nondorf, right, was on hand Tuesday to present the Baby Cakes Award to tiny Leo Flores. Leo made his appearance at 3:15 p.m. at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal on Pancake Day. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 and 1/4 inches long. His proud parents are Leo Poldo and Olivia Flores of Liberal.
