Seward jumped out to an early lead and never looked back.
By halftime, the Saints had only allowed 18 points while scoring 27 of their own.
Cloud only made six of 29 attempts in the first half.
The Saints made 11 of 29 attempts.
The Thunderbirds had their chances. They had 15 second-chance shots to Seward’s seven, and Cloud out-rebounded the Saints in the game 43-38.
But Seward shot a blistering 50 percent in the second half including three of six three-point shots.
Cloud used the three-point shot to try and stay close, making 6 of 11 long-range bombs in the second half, but Seward built a 19-point lead in the second half, and Cloud never made a serious threat.
