GARDEN CITY – Tim Wade Warren, 55, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

He was born Sept. 15, 1957, to Alfred and Carolyn (Vaughn) Warren in Liberal.

He married Chris Guebara March 27, 1976, in Garden City.

He graduated from Garden City High School in 1975.

He was owner and operator of Tim Warren Painting.

He enjoyed Art, Painting, hunting, fishing, gardening, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include one son, Tim and wife, Maria Warren, Kansas City, Mo.; four daughters, Melissa Warren, Garden City, Andrea and husband, John Martuszewski, Fort Belvoir, Va., Cassandra and husband, John Muniz, Garden City, and Stacy Warren, Larned; two brothers, Bill and wife, Mary, Warren, Grand Island, Neb., and Alfred and wife, Betty Warren, Liberal; five sisters, Mary and husband, John Landureth, Liberal, Aleta and husband, Larry Whitfield, Liberal, Ruth Wallace, Garden City, Alicia and husband, Wayne Vanatta, Willis, Texas, and Patty Warren, Garden City; 23 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Larry Dean Warren; and a sister, Tami Jo Warren.

o Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Word of Life Church in Garden City with Pastor Marty Younger presiding.

Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.

Friends may call until 8 p.m. today with the family to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.

Memorials are suggested to the Tim Warren Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
