Lorena Lee “Lori” Wilson Groover, 59, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
She was born Oct. 2, 1953, to E. W. and Lois (Allen) Wilson in Groom, Texas.
She married Douglas Groover July 6, 1986, in Liberal. He survives.
She attended grade school in Fritch, Texas. She graduated high school in Dallas.
She was employed at King’s Restaurant as a waitress for 23 years and worked for National Beef Packing Co. for two and a half years in data processing.
Other survivors include her mother; one son, Brian Allen Ross, Turpin, Okla.; one stepson, Jeremy Groover, Jacksonville, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Shannon Sabota Toledo, Ohio; one brother, Gary Wilson, Fort Worth, Texas; one sister, Elizabeth England, Dallas; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, brother, Roger Wilson, and twin brother, Harold Wilson.
o Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jack Jacob presiding.
Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Borger, Texas.
Freinds may call until 8 p.m. today at Brenneman Funeral Home.
