GARY F. ALEXANDER
Albuquerque, N.M. – Gary Francis Alexander, 55, died Oct. 11, 2009, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
He was born Oct. 20, 1953, to J. Buchannon “J. B.” and Claris Marie (Sampier) Alexander in Clayton, N.M.
He was a licensed journeyman and was the radiant field supervisor for Thompson Heating and Air in Albuquerque, N.M. He had served in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Spokane, Wash.
He loved his family, cats, including Dancer, his late, Chow “Kree,” and was a poker player.
Survivors include two sons, Brad Trujillo Alexander and wife, Cynthia, Oklahoma City, and Matt Alexander, Albuquerque; thre daughters, Tosha Alexander and fiancé, Michael, Blanchard, Okla., Gari Humphries and husband, Garry, Tyrone, Okla., and Tori Alexander, Blanchard; one sister, Karen Alexander, Elkhart; and 19 grandchildren, Isaiah, Triston, Maurissa, Marcos, Jesus, Jason, Mikenzie, Jessica, Paige, Ethan, Kendyl, Stephanie, Alea, Damon, Jr., Brandyn, Andrew, Laila and Devyn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Gina Fae Alexander.
o Funeral service for him and his daughter will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Jerry O’Neal presiding.
Burial will be at Liberal Cemetery.
Friends may call until 6:30 p.m. today with the family present to receive friends from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home.
